A great deal of sports adventurers travel abroad to compete in various motorbike and car racing which is a risky outdoor sports. You see, they are very willing to travel no matter how far and despite the fact that motorbike racing is health threatening. I have traveled and driven abroad using an overseas driving special license. That is why I always familiarize myself with many driving laws that differ in each country.
One of the driving laws that I have never failed to follow is the use of warning signals by blowing my horn to indicate my presence. The kinds of hand driving differ in many countries. There are what we call as right-hand drive and left-hand drive which are also related to drive lanes. A gear for maintenance is always at hand so that I won't ever get into trouble. Gears may be manual or automatic so I see to it that I know how to use both. Road signs must be observed in order to prevent road accidents. I used to keep an eye on the traffic rules that must be followed so that I won't be caught and apprehended. By just following these tips and several other driving laws, I had a great time driving and seeing each country's sights and sounds.

I know for a fact that there are great deal of players in active outdoor sports like motor bike racing who take performance-enhancing drugs. These drugs promise to enhance performance and give a winning advantage, but they provide health-threatening risks. Driving in and around the state of California under the extreme influence of this drug and other prohibited drugs may not be that easy at all. This state strictly implement DUI laws and if you are caught, it requires the help of lawyers to help get out of this mess. In my case, I do not worry at all because I am not into this kind of stuff.
The DUI laws in California offers three alternatives for sentencing like Drug Court, Proposition 36, and DEJ Diversion. The important thing to keep in mind in serious drug cases in this state is evidence suppression. If you are arrested due to driving while drunk or intoxicated with prohibited drugs, an immediate action with the help of a lawyer is a must. Otherwise, your license to drive will be suspended within several days, about ten days, after your arrest. But, why wait for things like this to happen? You have act now, quit that negative vice and don't drive if drunk or intoxicated. Such things are harmful to both physical and mental health.

Motorcycles are frequently used for active outdoor sports like motorcycle racing. It is a kind of game or sport that it is a very dangerous and health-threatening. But I do drive and I know the basic driving laws. I drive a lot and have driven as far as the state of Michigan. That is why I acquaint myself with different laws in order to avoid getting into trouble.
There are motorcycle driving laws that should be strictly observed in Michigan. That is why I see to it that I wear a safety and protective helmet which is USDOT approved. In addition, I also arm myself with goggles, shield for the face for eye protection especially when I am driving for more than 35 mph. I see to it that my seat is attached permanently. I never allow someone to use my motorcycle without proper endorsement. I do not drive on sidewalks, traffic lanes, and paths for bicycle. There are still laws that must be followed when driving in this state in order to ensure safe and get rid of some legal actions when caught. Of course, you would not be caught in the first place if you follow the rules and not break 'em, right?

Three months ago, American Honda Motor Co. Inc. featured its ASV-3 vehicles. The said vehicles were displayed in an auto show held in Detroit last January. The ASV-3 vehicles are considered as the safety advanced vehicles from Honda.
Several great safety features are introduced in the ASV-3 vehicles. Some of the system features of the said vehicles include the use of radars and cameras. The said features can help drivers know about the presence of other vehicles or road blocks. Another feature of the ASV-3 vehicles is that the brake and steering system of the vehicles are improved for better road safety. Thus, ugly accidents on the road can be greatly decreased with the use of the new system that was introduced by Honda at the North American International Auto Show.
Honda prides itself in making safety issues as one of its top priorities. The introduction of the ASV-3 technology is just one of the steps that Honda is taking to achieve its goal. The goal of which is for everyone to have some *form of safety*, be it for pedestrians, cars, or motorbike drivers.

Motorbiking race has dramatically become one of the forms of popular outdoor sports today. More and more outdoor enthusiasts have resorted to this king of sports activity. But, there are certain risks that are linked to motorbike racing or competition. That is why you must know the basics in order to prevent any untoward incident.
Apart from sports, you can ride a motorbike to stroll and see the sceneries around. For instance, when you visit New Zealand, you can ride the bike to its beauty. But, you have to keep in minds basic road tips. First, take note that motorists there use the left-hand part of the road. The distances are all kilometer-measured. Be careful when you want to turn left; always give right to cars from the right side.
You have to stop when the light for traffic signals red as there is not rule for turning left. The limit of speed is 100 kilometer per hour or about 60 meter per hour. You have put on seatbelts always. Remember to wear helmets and keep your headlight turned on always. In motorways, cycling is never allowed. These are only some of the road tips and rules. Memorize them by heart because proper motorbiking will keep us safe and physically fit.

Would you call California laws on motorcycle riding strict, moderately strict or lax? Different cities have different road rules. If you are in California state, you must have some basic road know-hows.
For starters, there are restrictions on helmet speakers as well as mufflers. Helmet speakers should only have single earphones and duals are considered illegal. Adequate mufflers are required; this would mean that they cannot come with a bypass, cutout or any of such kind. The maximum sound level of an ordinary motorcycle are determined by the date of manufacture--this is based on Motorcycle Limits, the lowest being 80dba and the highest 92dba.
There is also a rule on Handlebar Height which states that the handlebars shouldn't be higher than six inches above the rider's shoulder when positioned astride the motorcycle seat. As for insurance, all riders should have personal financial responsibility and if caught without one during an accident, it would mean a suspension of the driver's license for one entire year.

Many states are now considering repealing existing mandatory helmet laws. This comes from numerous studies that claim that wearing a helmet doesn't exactly help your survival rate. There studies also claim that a helmet provides only a marginal zone of protection against an accident. In addition to these results, they claim that a helmet reduces a rider's peripheral vision and ability to distinguish surrounding noise and sound.
For my money, I'd rather wear a helmet and have that marginal safety zone than have none at all. After all, I'd rather have a durable shell of plastic and foam against my head and the road than have my skull crack on the pavement.
Whether they repeal the laws or not, I'll be keeping my helmet on. Better safe than sorry.
