Remember to inquire about the insurance before you even think of buying a motorcycle. There are many cases when getting an insurance is not a suitable option for the buyer such as expensive machines, crime rate area, or under age requirements but this should not stop anyone from fulfilling his duty as a rider. What you need is to search for an insurance company with excellent options. Ask first of the requirements and its plans of ensuring your future and welfare.

What are the things to consider in motorcycle insurance covergae? Make sure that they have the following: Liability coverage, Collision coverage, No-fault coverage, Service coverage, Uninsured coverage, and
Passenger coverage. You may also consider having Bodily Injury Liability. It is a valuable coverage for other people you may endanger in motorcycle mishap or collision. Although insurance policies may be expensive, it's still wise to counter future damage on your health and personal finance.

If you've got doubts on your skill and confidence, man, don't ever think about riding a motorcycle! Because riding is only for winners like me. There's no place for wimps like you especially when you blaze the road with nothing more than a helmet and a jacket and your two-wheel drive. Luck has nothing to do with riding a motorcycle when half of the time you deal with speed and precision. When car accidents happen, people call up the car loans and insurance claims. But when motorcycle riders skid off the road, they stand up and ride again despite the danger.

I take my ride seriously and I pay no respect for losers. That's why I always choose the best motorcycle, something that will ease off the burden and pressure whenever I take a chance on life and adventure. Recently, I've been into Kawasaki brands which I think is a no-nonsense motorcycle compared to a BMW. So when I heard that the new Kawasaki model for 2007 will debut in Europe, I said, "Damn, we deserve to have it first in America!" Although it seems like this new edition of Kawasaki bike is not headed for the U.S. market, that will change soon as they realize that American riders are born winners and they can only settle with the best.

The new 2007 Kawasaki model is called the Versys. It is short for Versatile System. This one is a supermoto featuring a long-stroke suspension with fully adjustable upside-down forks and powered by tuned-for-torque version of the 649cc parallel twin engine. It can weather all road conditions from rough terrains to smooth concrete pavements. You definitely can handle a ride whether it may be in the city or the mountains. This bike is sweet and challenging. I wish they can have it on the market soon before we get clobbered with wishful thinking and unattainable dreams.

Expect another good performance from Honda Australia in the Oceania motocross, that's after they announced that 23-year old Kiwi sensation Cody Cooper re-signed with the team for 2007. With Cody leading the team, Honda Australia is sure to be the most formidable in the tournament. General Manager Tony Hinton also said that another marque player in the person of Motocross Champion Craig Anderson will be returning to the team next year. It simply means that with the addition of Cooper, Honda will have it's “strongest” line-up for many years.
Friday, April 27. 2007
Cody Cooper is considered as one of the most promising motocross player today. He has won a number of international and national competitions. In 2004, he won the Pro Lite title in Australia. He is also also a strong competitor in Supercross, often finishing in the top three. Right now, Cooper is concentrating more on his racing career in Australia. He is currently running third in the Pro Open class. With the last round to go and with only seven points separating him and the second placer, there is a great possibility that he can snatch the second spot, giving Honda a one, two finish in the tournament. He will be seen next in the last round of the Australian Motocross Championships to be held at Coolum, QLD this coming weekend.
Thursday, April 26. 2007
With Cooper and other players in the team line-up, Honda's success in the tournament next year is a great possibility. That's why General Manager Tony Hinton is very much excited about it, and said that they have every faith that Cody will be able to back Ando up in the podium. He added that Cooper has the talent and focus to take out an Open Championship on his own merits. I couldn't think of a team that could say no to a man like him. Cooper, on the other hand, said things have been very good for him since he first signed with Honda Australia a few years ago. He sees his team as very strong and he's happy to be part of it.

For John, stress is an inevitable truth for a so-called life. He always feels fucked up with every quirk or wrinkle he needs to iron out, the family, the boss, friends, and even his own mother-in-law. What turns out to be a minor case of stress became a worrying hazard for John. Before he even go nuts and blow his brains out, he decided to consult a psychiatrist.
Tuesday, April 24. 2007
For the modern America, the psychiatrist is a professional love doctor of life. When you feel low or when you're moping into distress, who else can be your best buddy but your shrink. In short, you buy out a listener for hourly sessions that more or less have you talking about the inner depths of your restlessness. As for John, the dumb old therapist laid out the factors for his stress. He's pressured by forever measuring up to the standards of his boss and his mother-in-law. John's spirit was bottled up that it's ready to explode any minute now. Next was his wife who's as frigid as hell to even spice up their married life making him feel inadequate as a man. He also felt that things in his life were drifting apart. He's a bozo endlessly juggling up the fragile balls in his life.
Monday, April 23. 2007
So how can he alleviate stress? John knew the basics of riding so the psychiatrist prescribed an hour of motorcycle riding whenever he feels tension building up inside him. The doctor said that it's a good way to release his frustrations and to take his focus some place else. It will also be a healthy way to unload his fears and to trust his instincts. After a week of his therapy, John no longer need a psychiatrist. Life was more or less the same, but he found a hobby to spark on his life and to let go of his inhibitions and fears.

When riding a motorcycle bike, expect the leer of accidents and mishaps. I'm not giving you a scare, but just a simple fact about the act of bike riding. By now, you must already know about the hazards of a two-wheel, what more if it's a racing bike.
Not everyone's on a hype of purchasing the sleek new merchandise. Some bikes are too expensive to even dream of having one. Just a slap to reality, buying a second-hand bike is a recognized option for ordinary bike enthusiasts. They may have the same passion and skill, but what would they do with burning hole in their pocket?!
If you are going for the glory of old, might as well be careful and wary of being cheated to near death trauma. What are the basic considerations? I asked my friend Paul who owns a car shop and does buy and sell sidelines for motorcycle rides.
Listen to that echoing hunch. If you feel your nerve rock, be more meticulous. Though things are too good to be true, never buy out of impulse. "The problem with buyers", says John, "is that they're over- eager to ride!". Check first the necessary requirements and safety of the engine.
If a sale is off the track, something definitely smells fishy so better yet look for another deal. You don't want to swerve off the rail with chugged out engine or flat tire, or face a legal battle with a stolen piece of a hot stuff. There are good old stuffs, but always entrust your life to something old, but a gold when it comes to reliability.

Motorcycles are always associated to being rough and bad. But how about its sensual appeal? If you've watched a couple of action movies, you'll see now that it has emerged to be a perfect getaway for lead men chased by villains. Before, assassins and villains take the ride on the big bike, now lead men takes the stride.
The slither switch and lurch of a bike makes up for the breath-taking action scenes. The usual slam and bam of car chase has turned pale to my taste. Perhaps because there isn't much anticipation with limited shots and swerves, that's why cars are outdated when it comes to thrill and shrill. In different episodes, the stunts on the bikes are proven to be edgier, and the leads get better photo- ops and close- up shots.
If you are in a chasing scene, it looks such a sham or feign when your car eludes traffic in the city. It's absurd and impossible for such scenes to actually transpire in real city life. The perfect alternative is a motorcycle, where the narrow curves of the road amplify the scene with a touch of sensibility and possibility.
I don't know about you but I love movies with bikes. They're fast and more dangerous. They also sizzle in appeal. I think it's a good Hollywood get-up and stride to have these bikes around lurking for imminent danger.

If Marilyn Monroe drives men crazy, James Dean makes women's panties fall of the floor. Who would forget the bad boy from the 50's? He had the perfect bad boy image wearing a leather jacket and riding a big bike. Girls find it such a sexy fiddle to fantasy.
He is also known as the "One Speed Dean". Jimmy was 15 years old when he purchased his first motorcycle bike at Carter's Motor Shop in Fairmount, Indiana. At that time, farm boys fancy engines and machines of speed. Although it was a car mishap that took his life at the height of stardom, people claimed that Dean is one hell of a racing champ driver.
So who is James Dean to the motorcycle society? He's the icon of speed and character. Just as women hails Marilyn Monroe in a pedestal of emulation, men holds James Dean as their god. He made me want to wear those silly jackets and big bikes. I even remembered how I had the fascination for racing in big bikes. It was when I saw him in a couple of movies my grandpa used to watch. Instantly, I said, I'll have the same attitude and I'll be just like Dean when I grow up. For me, he's an image model. He looks so hot, he sizzles in fire, and he gets all the girls.

I've always been fascinated with the two- wheel drive. I had my first bicycle when I was five years old, a scooter when I was 15, and now that I'm a big man, I got a big motor bike. These fancy collections are still sitting on my garage. So you can only imagine how changing tires could be snap. I'm know the ins and outs of my precious babes as I know them mechanically.
I taught my girlfriend how to ride the bike. I can see in her the interest not just to please me but to do it herself. This is also one of my lurking fantasies for long, to have my girl drive a big bike. What can I say? She's picture perfect. I always get thrilled whenever she drops by to pick me up. She sets fire on the road, at least that's how I'd like to think of her.
She was on a road trip when I suddenly received a call. She's about to burst into tears, stranded with a flat tire. There was no help from the road so I rushed to her with all the necessary tools. I was ripped to see her very helpless just because of a flat tire. In my world, there's no space for panic and fear or I'll be a fag. What is it with women and flat tires?! Then, I put on an act and let her do the dirty job. She was surprised but she can't do anything. I blared out instructions like an annoyed jerk. She was nervous at first but after a while she was doing it like a pro.
Did we break up? Almost but nah! How can I let go of my girl who's now very skilled and confident? She knows her bike so well, maybe better than what she knows about me. She always packs tools like levers, wrenches, screwdrivers, some manuals, and stuffs. She rides in style, with confidence and the aura of an empowered babe. I see her as a true-blue rider.

Next to cars, motor bikes are one hot ride for image-driven celebrities. Any woman's fantasy is to have a "James Dean" riding on an equally hot drive, perhaps cruising in a speed of light! Let's face it, more than the sports and passion, it one good glitz of lifestyle accessory.
Speaking of hype, have you seen the Hilton sisters and their bikes. Paris' lavish fashion statements and fad, that I could understand. But bikes? I'm not even sure if she knows how to drive it. Come on, I can't even imagine Paris in a bicycle, how much more the bike? Seemingly, even women are into bikes.
But the sad story is a lot of Hollywood mishaps and deaths is related to a bike accident. The one I remember is about an American football player,Ben Roethlisberger. He didn't wear his helmet when the accident occured. But he wears one very football game!
The nature of a two-wheel drive is risky. Even with a power boost engine and hard edge features, every glide and slide is prone to accidents. Celebrities must heed the warning. Their reck and carelessness may shatter dreams. Motor bikes are more than just the hot wheels, you have to act like one soul with your bike.

The internet has made our lives very convenient nowadays. This useful technology advancement has allowed us to search, buy and order a certain items in the market in the comfort of our own homes. On this point, Ebay is one great e-shopping site to go to for fun and efficient internet shopping. In fact, Ebay's motorcycle web page is an excellent site to visit. If you are planning to purchase a branded motorbike or its accessories through the internet, why not E-bay it? It's very useful for searching and browsing features is easy for you. You can choose and specify what characteristic, model, and price you prefer in a motorcycle. For the most enjoyable E-bay motorcycle shopping, here are some few tips to guide you.
First, it is essential to utilize the search button to its utmost capability. By typing a specific or more precise motorcycle information on the search button, you'll obtain the most exact item you are scouting for. If you like to purchase a 2006 Silver Kawasaki Condour, put this entire search query instead of just Kawasaki Motorcycle. If you do the latter, there is a high chance you can get irrelevant listings, just like any searching on a known search engine.
You have to also state the exact location where you like the motorbike to be available. Make it near the address of your home so you may be able check it before purchasing it. Check also if the trader's site you are browsing is legitimate before you place your payment. There are a lot of unscrupulous traders in the internet so do a diligent research.

My nephew, at an early age, of six always likes to ride with me when we go to malls, parks, or schools. He said he likes the feel of the wind on his face whenever we bike. But when I heard the news about a father who lost his son after a motorcycle accident, I become much more cautious and careful.
I still bring him along with me after he ditches his own kiddie bike, but first, I always make sure that he wears appropriate gears that protect him if in case something unfortunate happens (knock on wood). This includes the helmet and leather jacket. Usually, parents provide their kids with a helmet not fit for their kid's head size. When an accident occurs, this helmet easily comes off the kid's head. Studies show that most children fatalities in riding a bike resulted from head trauma and injuries.
That's why I had searched the web looking for the best kid's helmet and I found Shoei's VT-J. This helmet fits perfectly to every kid's head so you have no worries about it falling off in case of an accident. I also bought him a thick leather jacket that would provide him total protection in case we fall. Even though the prices are quite expensive, it is still better to have them on kids to secure safety while riding with you on your motorcycle.

Here is a great book for all motorcycle riders like me which helps us understand the basics and essentials of motorcycling. It is not all about just riding the motorcycle and riding high on the road. This great book must also be read not only by ordinary rides, but by people who are adventurous and brave enough to indulge into extreme motorcycling race. Riders must grab this book because I believe familiarization with all the insights in this book will help prevent future problems such as vehicular accidents.
I have personally read this book and I really suggest that all riders must get a copy of this valuable book. This book "Proficient Motorcycling" by David L. Hough contains most of the information that riders need in order to use or ride their motorcycles effectively and safely. More than thirty years of experience of the author, insofar as motorcycling is concerned, are incorporated in this book. Such experiences would surely benefit all riders on how to get the most of their stuff. This is, indeed, a good read because I was provided with the effective ways by which I can ride my bike safely and effectively.

Motorcycle maker Honda is, indeed, one of the respected leader insofar as automobile manufacturing is concerned. Honda motorcycles as well as cars are known for their quality, durability, unique and stylish designs, and speed. I have just bought a brand new motorcycle made by Honda and I am having great time every time I drive it. It is safe and effectively convenient.
It is without a doubt, however, that many manufacturers fabricate car and motorcycles specifically for use by riders in such sports as extreme motorcycle racing. This is pretty dangerous, but still, a great deal of people are resorting to it for fame and other personal reasons. As such, Honda's success in creating bio-fabric materials that guarantee superb durability for interiors will surely be a smash hit among riders. You see, these riders take care of their bikes as though they were their lives. This latest development from Honda shall be used for the interiors of automobiles. These materials are said to be powerful and resistant to sunlight. They also offset the great benefits of emissions from CO2 that takes place during plants' growth. Such plants are the materials used to make bio-fabric products for the interior.

There seems to be no other country in the whole world that is best traveled using two wheels than Australia. That is why instead of using these two wheels on a risky motorcycle sport, I toured around this nation on one guided tour aboard a great motorcycle. Of course, I cannot drive in Australia because I do not have that kind of special driving license for tourists like me. That is why I took such kind of guided tour on motorcycle.
Traveling in and around Australia is indeed very great because I was able to appreciate better the diverse color and beauty of this great nation. The trip was very tiring, but it is far better than engaging in a life and health threatening motorcycle sport contest or race. You see, with this adventurous motorcycle travel, I was able to see not only the busy cities of this nation, but its exotic places as well such as the terrains, wild parks and other less traveled places where exotic animals, plants, and flowers abound. The guided tour uses motorbikes that are suitable for places with roads or areas that are not suitable for smooth driving. I, indeed, had a great time seeing the inner beauty of Australia using that challenging motorcycle tour. So, if you are an adventurous and risk taker traveler, this kind of travel in Australia is definitely the right one for you.

Just recently, Liz Allison released her latest book, The Girl's Guide to NASCAR. From the title itself, you could guess the possible reactions the book would stir especially among the male audience. In fact, the author herself was uncertain about the impact of her book to all male readers. She was surprised though that during her initial book signing, more than half of the book she signed were bought by men.
The Girls Guide to NASCAR is a well written book filled with interesting information and tidbits to all fans. Moreover, it also contains other useful information such as: restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals, addresses, phone numbers, etc. The great thing about the book is that it's easy to read with its 16 short chapters that discuss topics like the racing event as well as its history and some safety devices.
Allison is the widow of the former NASCAR star Davey Allison. She was married to him for 17 years. Unfortunately, Dave was killed in a helicopter crash in 1993. Until then, he earned a total of 19 Winston Cup victories. According to Liza, it took her 6 weeks to write the book.

It is very heartening to know that rider do not compete in extreme motorbike racing just for nothing. Take for instance Simon Milward who died when he was at the last stage of his race that support the poorest of the poor in Western Africa. It was very unfortunate of him, but his close collaboration with organizations like Riders for Health has benefited a great deal of people in this region as well in Indonesian archipelago.
There is an organization in Indonesia with whom this great rider has worked with. Motorcycle Outreach was put up to support various programs especially those that concern health. You see, this is indeed a great act of kindness on the part of riders who do not just ride or race for fame or for life, but for health as well. However, in the process of the competition, these riders actually risk their lives and health while they support such organizations for life augmentation and health reasons. At present, trustees of this organization are still working on a race that promises financial assistance to their beneficiaries. I take my hat off you guys! Keep it up, but do take a bunch of care for life because life has no spare.

Just as the world is getting smaller and smaller as each day progresses, motorcycles are getting faster and faster. That is why I do not still understand why there are a lot of people who risk their lives on active motorbike racing. But I must admit that I like fast motorbike for my driving pleasure and not to race for life. If ever I am going to own a motorbike of this kind, I would not use it in car racing activities because I know that is health and life threatening.
That is why I have nothing but salivation to the so called fastest motorcycle in the world, the Suzuki Hayabusa GSX1300R. This motorbike's speed limit exceeds that of 200 mph. This motorbike was professionally built as well as tuned perfectly by the best individuals in this particular field in order to match the needs of many adventurous riders and racers alike. There are still other interesting and useful features that this modern motorbike brags about. But what is really amazing and great about it is the ability to run very fast that no other motorbike can ever surpass. Well, in my case, I need not use the speed limit of this bike so long as it really serves me fast.

Recently, popular singer and songwriter Rockie Lynne had his motorcycle shipped to Las Vegas in order to join a bike ride along with other celebrities last Sunday. The big event, which preceeded the Academy of Country Music Awards, was intended to raise funds for charity. As such, Lynne along with other country music artists joined around 1,000 bikers who paid $30 each for the ride that started at the biggest dealer of Harley-Davidson in the world down to Las Vegas' Fremont Street.
Lynne was accompanied by the likes of Dierks Bentley, Ira Dean (Trick Pony), Big Kenny (Big & Rich), and Troy Gentry and Eddie Montgomery (Montgomery and Gentry). It must be noted that Lynne also heads a yearly motorcycle ride in his home state Minnesota as a tribute to servicemen who died in combat. Unlike Minnesota, Nevada requires all its bike riders to wear helmets.
Meanwhile, Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman's fiance, was also present during the event. He declined though to grant interviews after Kidman publicly announced their engagement. The Academy of Country Music Awards has raised around $1.5M for charity foundations dedicated to music awareness and education.
