Motorcycles are always associated to being rough and bad. But how about its sensual appeal? If you've watched a couple of
action movies, you'll see now that it has emerged to be a perfect getaway for lead men chased by villains. Before, assassins and villains take the ride on the big bike, now lead men takes the stride.
The slither switch and lurch of a bike makes up for the breath-taking action scenes. The usual slam and bam of car chase has turned pale to my taste. Perhaps because there isn't much anticipation with limited shots and swerves, that's why cars are outdated when it comes to
thrill and shrill. In different episodes, the stunts on the bikes are proven to be edgier, and the leads get better photo- ops and close- up shots.
If you are in a chasing scene, it looks such a sham or feign when your car eludes traffic in the city. It's absurd and impossible for such scenes to actually transpire in real city life. The perfect alternative is a motorcycle, where the narrow curves of the road amplify the scene with a touch of sensibility and possibility.
I don't know about you but I love movies with bikes. They're fast and more dangerous. They also sizzle in appeal. I think it's a good Hollywood get-up and stride to have these bikes around lurking for imminent danger.
