It is very heartening to know that rider do not compete in
extreme motorbike racing just for nothing. Take for instance Simon Milward who died when he was at the last stage of his race that support the poorest of the poor in Western Africa. It was very unfortunate of him, but his close collaboration with organizations like Riders for Health has benefited a great deal of people in this region as well in Indonesian archipelago.
There is an organization in Indonesia with whom this great rider has worked with.
Motorcycle Outreach was put up to support various programs especially those that concern health. You see, this is indeed a great act of kindness on the part of riders who do not just ride or race for fame or for life, but for health as well. However, in the process of the competition, these riders actually risk their lives and health while they support such organizations for life augmentation and health reasons. At present, trustees of this organization are still working on a race that promises financial assistance to their beneficiaries. I take my hat off you guys! Keep it up, but do take a bunch of care for life because life has no spare.
