We all know that the motorbike is an indispensable mode of transportation. It is also used in some
popular motor sports. Acquiring a license to drive or engage in sport may not be that easy in Vietnam. It is no big deal to me because I strolled the city atop a local bicycle instead. It is more cost-efficient and safer than the motorbike.
A common scam takes place when an examinee falsely represents someone else seeking a driver's license. Sad to say, the police has busted many of them. It will be noted that driving a motorbike is not only life threatening, but presents
health-threatening risks as well. It becomes more dangerous when a person driving a motorbike gets into trouble and he or she does not have a driver's license. This will surely yield to other problems.
One reason why such schemes are widespread is money. We have to face it, but this nation's economy is slowly recovering from the past economic turmoil that ravaged the entire region. That is why it is very apparent that many people are into this sort of connivance to get a driver's license in exchange for money. I guess the government of Vietnam should tighten its laws regarding this matter so that they can curve
license scams.
